  • To be eligible for a return, the home fragrance product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process:

  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
